Zech. 14:9

The LORD will be king over all the earth; in that day the LORD will be the only one and HIS name will be the only one.    Zech. 14:9

 

Today we worship strange gods; we have gods of wealth, possessions, material things. We no longer care about our fellow man; we do not know who our neighbours are. We drive along and speak to no one, we just want to be better off than all others. We pay lip service to GOD'S teachings forgetting that we are mere flesh, remembering HIM only when evil befalls us.

 

GOD hears all our prayers, from the youngest person to the oldest, and this regardless of our being Jews, Gentiles, Christians, Hindus or Muslims. There is only one true GOD; we just call HIM by different names. When HE comes your religion will matter not a whit.  What really matters is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer:

O LORD, grant us peace and understanding. Help us to recognise you as our one and only saviour. Amen.
